Monika Duda
Expert with many years of experience in the area of sustainability and ESG strategy in major companies listed on the WIG20 and S&P500. For years she designed and implemented sustainability reporting processes managing data collection from the head office level. She was responsible for the operationalisation of the DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) strategy in a multinational group and the implementation of targets in line with CSRD, ESRS and EU Taxonomy. She worked closely with stakeholders in the areas of human rights, diversity and inclusion, and countering financial exclusion. Monika has developed and implemented corporate human rights, diversity and environmental policies, also engaging in public consultations on EU Directives. Her speciality is translating intricate regulations into accessible language, and she aims to continuously improve processes and build stakeholder trust through transparent communication.
Aleksandra Jania
Economist by education, for 6 years Proxy at Jania Fleet Mobility - leader in outsourcing of Fleet Managers. For several years he has been responsible for finance in several companies in various industries in the CEE region. Has extensive experience in management, finance and business process optimisation. Analytical and strategic approach to problem solving and introduction of innovative solutions. Eager to get involved in projects that have the potential to change the industry in which they are implemented. She was responsible for organising the first automotive trade fair on electromobility in Poland. She has successfully introduced new training initiatives for the fleet industry. She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in international business.

Entrepreneur in the fleet industry. For several years, he has been developing the company Jania Fleet Mobility - a leader in the outsourcing of fleet managers. Currently, he manages companies in such countries as Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria. He also has several business projects to his credit, which quickly became leaders in their respective industries. Lecturer at Kozminski University and the International School of Logistics and Transport. Trainer for several vehicle manufacturers in Poland. Partner of the Swiss company Fleetcompetence.
